Hello and welcome to my blog, My name is Steve Rice, I live in Bobon, Northern Samar, Originaly from Liverpool England। I moved here two years ago to Semi Retire and seek a simple life, the western world was getting crazy with many things that added stress to my life.
When i first got here i wondered what i could do to help in the community, after talking to Filipino People, they told me that there was a large number of Foreigners who lived here, so i went on the hunt to find them and make some new friends.
One day i met Chris and Theresa Bech they have lived here for eight years, after getting to know Chris and Theresa, I saw that they were promoting Tourism and Investments here in Northern Samar & The Islands, wow such Paradise to offer, i got excited and asked if I would fit in here..
After checking out many Islands with Chris on his Island Hopping tours, and viewing the Land & Propertys he has for sale, I asked if my skills could be used, these include, Urban regeneration, Web Design, Graphic Design, Professional Photography, Advertising, Marketing & Promotions.
Chris said he would be happy for me to give it a try and help to promote tourism and Investments in Northern Samar, so now i have created Euro Designs Inc. a small business, I employ 3 Filipinos, I have a fully equipped facility and all the tools, software's and Marketing Materials needed.
Firstly i started to build a web site for Chris, this has hundreds of pictures of Northern Samar & the Islands, Visit http://www.paradisesamar.com/

I am currently working on other web sites and many blogs, soon to be published, these will help promote & Advertise Tourism, Investments, Things to Do Here, Places to Visit, Tour & Travel Agency, Island Hopping Trips, Backpacking, Cave exploring, Water Fall sight seeing Tours, Adventure Camping, Tour Guide, Transportation Rentals, Water sports, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Fishing, fresh Seafood, Filipino Food Sampling, Fiesta's, Local Events, Local Party's, Sight Seeing Tours, ahh the list goes on.
There are also many Magazine, newspaper, media and TV coverage story's about Northern Samar and the Islands just of the Coast.
To travel here you can get a flight from Manila, Ferry from Cebu, or use the tour buses on service everyday.
Catarman Airport has six flights per week from Manila, Asian Spirtit and PAL Express airlines, and also there are six flights a week to Calbayog airport, just an hours drive from here, making this an easy accessible area.
But all in all we are working very hard to help people find true Paradise at low cost, with so much to offer, we do not think this will be hard to achieve, working with the Government is a priority with helping to develop the Infrastructures, and to create jobs for Filipinos.
The Filipino people are the nicest warm hearted people I have ever met in the world, they are fun loving, warm hearted, always happy, very helpfull, they would give you there last grain of rice to make you happy.
